All our staff are fully conversant with the CDM regulations. We maintain stringent systems for method statements and risk assessments, and on site we run strict inductions, daily briefings and regular toolbox talks. We are CHAS and Constructionline accredited.
We place a high priority on environmental performance across all company operations. We divert over 95% of site waste from landfill, segregate arisings on site, and operate a policy of continual improvement in line with developing legislation and Environment Agency guidance.
Our project management team liaises closely with clients and their consultants, continuously monitoring and assessing contracts on site so that objectives and expectations are met from inception to completion, satisfying time, cost and quality parameters.
We have our own directly employed site teams and plant, supplemented when required by specialist approved sub-contractors. Within strict controls, our client-focused project teams can easily control and monitor all site activity.
Our staff are supported by current CAD and BIM technology, enabling our design development and project management staff to communicate professionally and accurately with client project teams throughout the contract.
Our construction division has been appointed as principal contractor to deliver a 45,000 sq ft distribution facility, with groundworks self-delivered in-house.
MVL Cleaning Services has secured a three-year daily cleaning contract covering nine buildings, taking directly employed headcount past 80.
A phased soft strip within an operating hospital wing was completed with zero disruption to clinical services and no reportable incidents.
Based in the West Midlands, we work across Birmingham, Coventry, Wolverhampton, Solihull, Leicester and the wider Midlands — with national coverage for framework clients.
