We work in live buildings, phase around tenants and trading hours, and hand the shell over clean because our own cleaning division does the final sweep.

What a soft strip includes
Partitions and ceilings
Stud walls, glazed partitions, suspended ceiling grids and tiles removed and cleared floor by floor.
Floor coverings and raised floors
Carpet, vinyl, screed toppings and raised access floor systems lifted back to slab.
Mechanical and electrical strip
Redundant containment, cabling, lighting, ductwork and pipework removed under safe isolation.
Joinery, fittings and fixtures
Reception counters, kitchens, shopfittings, racking and welfare fittings cleared and disposed of.
Non-structural walls
Blockwork and masonry taken down where the structural engineer permits, with temporary propping.
Handover clean
Our own cleaning division leaves the shell swept, dust-free and ready for the next trade.

Site survey
We walk the building with you, confirm asbestos survey status, access, lift use and permitted working hours.
Method and programme
RAMS, waste plan and a phased programme issued before mobilisation, priced to a fixed lump sum.
Strip out on site
Floor-by-floor strip with protection to retained finishes, daily clearance and progress reporting.
Clean handover
Final clean, waste documentation and a joint walk-round so the shell is signed off in one visit.
